Founded by two seasoned chefs in 2013, Wishbone exists at the intersection of quick service and fine dining. We call it indulgence cuisine. We are inspired by our passion for food and sharing it with everyone.
The menu begins with our personal version of fried chicken. Outside, a shamelessly delicious crust spiked with pretzels and spice. And on the inside…juicy tender meat, full of flavor with hints of buttermilk and cider. To celebrate this essential food group we cook entirely from scratch using locally-sourced, hormone and antibiotic-free chicken. We present it respectfully; craft made in small batches all day, everyday. Bone-in wings for the enthusiasts – boneless tenders for the graceful – classic and modern flavors…you know, something we can all get behind.
Toss in some homemade dipping sauces, creative sandwiches, a micro-bakery, and our legendary Mac & Cheese, and we are seriously ready to eat. It’s a killer fried chicken party and you’re all invited.
